Land Use Board Agenda for June 16 Includes Several Ag-Relevant Items

The next West Amwell Township Land Use Board meeting is on Tuesday, June 16th. The meeting will include information on the following items:

• Completeness Review for Route 31N Urban Renewal, LLC. 420 Route 311, Block 21 Lot 14. This relates to a storage facility.

• Public Hearing continued on The Quarry House at 1872 River Road - Block 26 Lot 17, including Final Site Plan Approval

• Discussion on a Regional Planning Grant

• Discussion of an ordinance regarding Data Centers in the township

• A status update on the "Applicable Standards for Agricultural Structures"

• A discussion on Township Codes regarding Dogs and Other Animals and Accessory Uses and Structures

• Bylaws update and discussion

There may also be discussion of the Construction and Soil disturbance occurring on Hewitt Road.

The meeting will be held at 7pm on June 26, 2026 at the West Amwell Municipal Building.
